ANNOUNCEMENT: RESULT OF ESOLIO PRELIMINARY ROUND

We are pleased to announce the results of the ESOLIO Preliminary Round. After careful evaluation by the panel of judges and a coordination meeting with the ESOLIO Steering Committee, the participants advancing to the National Round have been selected. A list of these participants is provided in the attachment below. 

Based on the assessment results, the score distribution for each category is as follows:

• Determined Runners
  The highest score:160 (100%), the average score: 126,15 (78,84%), and the lowest score: 6 (3.75%).

The selection was based on scores, and in the event of a tie, all participants with the same score were included, regardless of the time taken during the test.

National Round Participation

1. Fees:

• IDR 600,000: This fee includes National Round participation, English activities, lunch (buffet), snacks (2x), and official ESOLIO merchandise for each participant.

1. Confirmation: Participants must confirm and pay for their participation via the following link by 23 December 2025.

1. Withdrawal and Waiting List:

• Participants may choose to withdraw from the National Round before confirming for National Round. In this case, the next ranked participant on the waiting list will be given the opportunity to replace.
• The waiting list is arranged based on the total score. If participants have the same score, the ranking will be determined by the fewest number of violations and the test completion time.

• Date: Saturday, 17 January 2026 (07.00-18.00 WIB)
• Venue: Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square

1. Technical Meeting

• Date: Saturday, 27 December 2025
• Time: 13:00 WIB – End (GMT+7)
• Platform: Youtube Livestreaming (Details will be shared via WhatsApp group)

*If there is a change in the schedule, the information will be announced by the committee.

Jury Decision

The jury’s decision is final and cannot be contested.

PENGUMUMAN: HASIL BABAK PENYISIHAN ESOLIO

Setelah evaluasi yang cermat oleh dewan juri serta rapat koordinasi dengan Panitia Pengarah ESOLIO 2025, peserta yang dinyatakan lolos ke Babak Nasional telah ditetapkan. Daftar peserta yang lolos dapat dilihat pada lampiran di bawah ini.

Berdasarkan hasil penilaian, distribusi skor untuk setiap kategori adalah sebagai berikut:

• Determined Runners
  Skor tertinggi:160 (100%), skor rata-rata:126,15 (78,84%), dan skor terendah: 6 (3,75%).

Pemilihan peserta didasarkan pada perolehan skor. Apabila terdapat peserta dengan skor yang sama, seluruh peserta dengan skor tersebut dinyatakan lolos tanpa mempertimbangkan durasi pelaksanaan ujian.

1. Biaya:

• IDR 600.000:
• Biaya ini mencakup biaya keikutsertaan di babak nasional, English activities, makan siang prasmanan, dua kali snack, serta merchandise resmi ESOLIO untuk masing-masing peserta.

1. Penarikan keikutsertaan dan Daftar Tunggu:

• Peserta dapat memilih untuk mengundurkan diri dari Babak Nasional sebelum daftar ulang. Dalam hal ini, peserta dengan peringkat tertinggi di daftar tunggu akan diberi kesempatan untuk menggantikan.
• Daftar tunggu disusun berdasarkan total skor. Jika peserta memiliki skor yang sama, peringkat ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah pelanggaran yang paling sedikit dan waktu durasi pengerjaan tes yang lebih pendek.
